Terms of Service

Version 3.1 · Last updated: April 5, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of E2LLM products and services operated by S2 Tikshuv Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in Israel.

By installing the E2LLM extension, accessing the E2LLM MCP Server, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services

E2LLM provides two products:

2. Actions and Responsibility

The E2LLM MCP Server enables AI tools to perform actions in your browser on your behalf, including but not limited to: capturing page state, clicking elements, filling forms, scrolling, and navigating between pages.

You are responsible for all actions performed through the MCP Server at your direction, including interactions with third-party websites and services. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to instruct AI tools to interact with the websites and services you access through E2LLM.

All MCP interactions — including captures, actions, and their content — are logged and retained for 30 days for safety, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling and access controls.

We do not control and are not responsible for the behavior of third-party AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or others) that connect to the MCP Server. Your use of those tools is governed by their respective terms of service.

3. Accounts

The E2LLM Extension does not require an account. The E2LLM MCP Server requires authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Tiers and Payment

The E2LLM MCP Server is offered in multiple tiers:

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all paid transactions. When you purchase a paid subscription, your contract for payment is with Paddle, not directly with S2 Tikshuv Ltd. We do not have any direct financial relationship with our customers. Paddle is the seller and handles all billing, invoicing, sales tax, and payment processing.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You will be charged on the same date each month. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

By subscribing to a paid tier, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds. Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. All refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, at Paddle's sole discretion, in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. To request a refund, contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.

Cancellation. You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting info@e2llm.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew. You retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

Service credits. If the E2LLM MCP Server experiences significant unplanned downtime due to issues on our side, affected paid subscribers may request a service credit for the impacted period by contacting info@e2llm.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use E2LLM services to:

We monitor for violations of these terms using automated systems that analyze interaction patterns — not content — unless a specific safety marker is triggered. See our Privacy Policy for details on how monitoring works and how your data is protected.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations of this section. Depending on severity, responses may range from rate limiting to account termination and, where legally required, reporting to authorities.

If you believe your service access was restricted in error, contact info@e2llm.com. We will review your case and typically respond within 5 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the E2LLM extension, MCP server, SiFR format, and associated documentation remain with S2 Tikshuv Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology beyond the right to use the services as described.

SiFR snapshots generated from your own browsing activity belong to you. We claim no ownership over your captured data. We retain copies of MCP session data for 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Privacy and Data Retention

Your use of E2LLM services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and handle data for each product.

The MCP Server retains all session data (SiFR captures, action payloads, interaction metadata) for 30 days. This data is encrypted at rest with client-side encryption and purged after the retention period. We retain this data for safety monitoring, compliance obligations, and dispute resolution. Access to session data requires a lawful request, explicit user consent, or a triggered safety review.

We may extend the retention period for specific accounts: up to 90 days for Terms of Service investigations, up to 180 days for suspected illegal activity, or as specified by a legal hold or court order. Users are notified of extended retention unless notification is prohibited by law.

9. Software Updates

The E2LLM Extension is distributed through browser extension stores (Chrome Web Store, Firefox Add-ons) and may be updated automatically through those platforms. Updates may include bug fixes, security patches, new features, or changes to existing functionality. By installing the extension, you consent to receiving automatic updates.

The E2LLM MCP Server is a hosted service and may be updated at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain backward compatibility, but reserve the right to modify, deprecate, or remove features.

10. Early Access

The E2LLM MCP Server is provided as an early-access service. Features, operational limits, and pricing may change as the service evolves.

Operational limits (daily operations, concurrent sessions) and pricing may be adjusted based on:

Changes to paid tier limits or pricing require at least 14 days advance notice. Changes to the free tier may take effect with shorter notice. Current limits and pricing are published on our pricing page, which is the authoritative reference for plan details.

Early-access services carry inherent risks, including potential instability, incomplete features, and changes to functionality. By using the MCP Server, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

E2LLM services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the SiFR output will be accurate or complete for all web pages and configurations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, S2 Tikshuv Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of E2LLM services.

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including statutory data protection rights; or (d) our obligations under applicable data protection legislation.

13. Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time. For paid subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before discontinuing core functionality, except in cases of urgent security or legal necessity. If we discontinue the MCP Server while you have an active paid subscription, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining period, processed through Paddle.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (for account holders) or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Haifa, Israel.
