Version 4.0 · Effective: August 19, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of E2LLM products and services operated by S2 Tikshuv Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in Israel.
By installing the E2LLM extension, accessing the E2LLM MCP Server, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
E2LLM — the browser Extension and the MCP Server — is provided for entertainment, experimentation, demonstration, education, and non-production evaluation. It enables large language models to perceive and act within your browser.
E2LLM is not recommended for, and not intended for, operational, professional, financial, legal, medical, safety-critical, or otherwise consequential use. Any real-world action you take through E2LLM is taken at your own initiative and your own risk.
E2LLM operates by directing large language models, whose outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. You are expected to keep a human in control and to independently verify any result before relying on it.
Your use of E2LLM is conditioned on your compliance with these Terms, including the Acceptable Use provisions in Section 6.
Enterprise. An Enterprise offering exists but is not available for self-service subscription through this website; it is governed by a separate written agreement. The tiers offered on this website do not constitute a sale of operational or production automation.
E2LLM provides (a) a browser Extension that produces a structured representation of standard web-page content for use by large language models, and (b) an MCP Server that allows compatible LLM clients to perceive and act within a browser session under your direction.
The Services are experimental and assistive. They act only as you direct, depend on third-party LLMs and on the websites you visit, and their outputs are not guaranteed. The Services use AI/LLM-driven automation; results may be wrong and must be checked.
Any action performed through E2LLM is performed under your direction and on your responsibility. You are solely responsible for what you instruct the Services to do, for reviewing results before relying on them, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and with the terms of any third-party website.
The Services do not make decisions for you and must not be used where an erroneous or unverified action could cause harm, loss, or legal or financial consequence.
The E2LLM Extension does not require an account. The E2LLM MCP Server requires authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
E2LLM offers a free Extension and tiered MCP Server plans (Free / Pro / Pro+), billed through Paddle as Merchant of Record. The website tiers provide access to the experimental Services described above and do not constitute a sale of operational or production automation. Enterprise is separate (see Section 0).
Refunds. Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. All refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, at Paddle's sole discretion, in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. To request a refund, contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.
Cancellation. You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting info@e2llm.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew. You retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Service credits. If the E2LLM MCP Server experiences significant unplanned downtime due to issues on our side, affected paid subscribers may request a service credit for the impacted period by contacting info@e2llm.com.
Your use of E2LLM is conditioned on your compliance with this Section.
You may not use E2LLM, or enable any LLM acting through E2LLM, to:
Because E2LLM can perceive and act within a live browser, you specifically may not use it to:
You must keep a human in control of E2LLM and independently verify outputs and actions before relying on them. E2LLM is not designed for unattended or autonomous operation in any consequential context.
We may monitor use of the Services for abuse and for compliance with this Section. Violation of these Terms — including this Acceptable Use Section — is grounds for warning, rate-limiting, suspension, or termination of access, with or without notice depending on the severity and risk of the violation.
All rights in the E2LLM extension, MCP server, SiFR format, and associated documentation remain with S2 Tikshuv Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology beyond the right to use the services as described.
SiFR snapshots generated from your own browsing activity belong to you. We claim no ownership over your captured data. We retain copies of MCP session data for 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of E2LLM services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and handle data for each product.
The MCP Server retains all session data (SiFR captures, action payloads, interaction metadata) for 30 days. This data is encrypted at rest with client-side encryption and purged after the retention period. We retain this data for safety monitoring, compliance obligations, and dispute resolution. Access to session data requires a lawful request, explicit user consent, or a triggered safety review.
We may extend the retention period for specific accounts: up to 90 days for Terms of Service investigations, up to 180 days for suspected illegal activity, or as specified by a legal hold or court order. Users are notified of extended retention unless notification is prohibited by law.
The Extension is distributed both through browser extension stores and directly from e2llm.com. Copies obtained from a store may update automatically through that store; copies obtained from e2llm.com may require manual update or may update from within the application. We may add, change, or discontinue distribution channels at any time.
The E2LLM MCP Server is provided as an early-access service. Features, operational limits, and pricing may change as the service evolves.
Operational limits (daily operations, concurrent sessions) and pricing may be adjusted based on:
Changes to paid tier limits or pricing require at least 14 days advance notice. Changes to the free tier may take effect with shorter notice. Current limits and pricing are published on our pricing page, which is the authoritative reference for plan details.
Early-access services carry inherent risks, including potential instability, incomplete features, and changes to functionality. By using the MCP Server, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Because E2LLM relies on probabilistic LLM outputs and on third-party websites, we do not warrant accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for any particular or operational purpose, and we do not warrant that any action taken through the Services will be correct or complete. You assume all risk of use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E2LLM and S2 Tikshuv Ltd are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any action taken or decision made through the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the greater of the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or 100 USD.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time. For paid subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before discontinuing core functionality, except in cases of urgent security or legal necessity. If we discontinue the MCP Server while you have an active paid subscription, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining period, processed through Paddle.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (for account holders) or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Haifa, Israel.
